I’m Kat – passionate about the creative sector and all about bringing out the best in people, whether that’s in a studio, classroom, or community setting.

By day, I’m Deputy Head of Creative at Cardiff and Vale College, working with brilliant staff and incredible learners. And now, I’m buzzing to be joining TEAM Collective Cymru as a Trustee!

Being at the heart of Cardiff’s creative scene, surrounded by fresh, innovative talent, is exactly where I want to be. I love connecting people, sparking new collaborations, and creating opportunities that cross boundaries between education and community.

I bring a positive, energetic mindset to everything I do – and if I’m not in a creative space, you’ll probably find me chasing waves or hiking up a mountain.
