As part of TEAM Collective Cymru’s commitment to democratising the arts, a central part of its mission is to enable creative collaboration with and between our Collectives.

Sitting at the heart of what we do; they inspire the work that is made, the ways in which the organisation develops and our engagement with communities. Through the work they do with us, members of each Collective are supported in bespoke ways to develop and grow both professionally and creatively.

The Young Collective and the Community Collective have their own programmes of unique activity, that each present opportunities for cross pollination and shared learning. At the end of each phase of activity, members of the two groups will come together as TEAM Collaborate, to co-create a major project that tasks them with highlighting the power of grassroot activity within communities.

These collectives run in a two to three year cycle that fosters creative development, community engagement and supports one of TEAM CC’s most important objectives - democratising the arts in Cymru.
