Young Collective
YOUNG Collective, brings together new artists, performers and creatives between the ages of 18 to 28 from Cymru.
During their two years they are offered mentoring by TEAM CC, alongside opportunities across Cymru to develop their skills through initiatives such as artist shadowing, creative retreats and professional workshops.
They develop as a collective through regular creative get-togethers that help guide their own development as well as the work of TEAM CC. They work together to become a ‘company’ in their own right, working together to create and produce an end of year R&D. This is developed into a full show/production in whatever form the Young Collective chose, at the end of year two’s programme of activity.
