Team Collaborate represents the natural progression of the TEAM Collective and Young Collective initiatives.

Developing as a unified platform, it brings together a selection of members from both collectives whose shared values and diverse experiences shape a vibrant, creative set of activity.

Team Collaborate encourages cross-generational learning, mutual support, and dynamic collaboration. Members build on their individual journeys, coming together to explore new ideas, develop innovative, public-facing projects that respond to the cultural landscape of Cymru, and connecting with the community in a unique and accessible way.
