Community Collective is a pan-Cymru initiative and offers 12 developing and mid-career creatives, educators, activists and community connectors the opportunity to create and host their own projects with social justice at the heart, always responding to the needs of a community in Cymru - however they define that.

Their projects can take any approach from across the creative spectrum, but are rooted in creating something of meaning for the community they work with or represent, and are publicly presented as part of the durational festival of TEAM activity - with one event happening every two months across Cymru over two years. The Community Collective also participates in quarterly meetings where they feed into the wider programme of TEAM CC’s work and support each other's creative endeavours throughout their tenure.
