Ashley McAvoy is an interdisciplinary artist, musician, and storyteller based in South Wales.

His practice moves between heritage, theatre, and live performance, blending music, spoken word, and projected image to explore themes of place, myth, and ecology.

As a museum exhibition producer, Ashley developed major national and international shows across art, archaeology, social history, and natural sciences. He is recognised for creating immersive, bilingual experiences that foreground interpretation, narrative design, and collaborative storytelling.

Alongside this curatorial career, Ashley has released albums and singles and toured extensively in the UK and Europe as a musician in bands and solo. His music spans alt-rock, post-rock, folk-psychedelia, and cinematic blues, and continues to inform his multidisciplinary practice.
