TEAM CC are excited to invite you to a day of creative workshops and conversations for artists, freelancers and creative professionals.
Ignite your ideas through focussed activity that looks at building your toolkit, connecting you to your communities and taking your ideas to the next level.
Note //
This event is limited to 30 spaces, and participants will need to fill out an online application in order to secure a place.
We encourage theatre-makers, artists, creatives and freelancers at all levels of their career to apply.
The application will take no longer than five minutes.

Access Note //
Each session contains a brief italicised description of how it will be and feel. In the context of these descriptions ‘focus’ means ‘the focus on you as an individual’.
Low-Focus means you remain part of a larger group.
Med-Focus means you may be asked to speak.
High-Focus means you may be asked to lead.
Optional-Focus means you can choose.
Workshops
Creating space to feel inspired // 10:10am - 10:45am
The day begins with a gentle, grounding session designed to connect you to the day. Through a blend of activities, the goal will be to release tension, reset focus, and invite fresh inspiration for the rest of the day.
A slightly physical, low-focus, light-weight and meditative start.
Facilitated by Sara Sirati
Introduction to the day // 10:45am - 11am
A check in, overview and chance to meet the group.
A mid-focus, fun and fast paced session of talking.
Facilitated by Justin Cliffe
Ideas lab // 11am - 12:30pm
Splitting into three groups; Ideas-Labs are an intentionally informal and collaborative way to explore a new creative idea.
Working with other creatives, led by an experienced facilitator, you’ll share and unpack your ideas whilst gathering feedback, encouragement, and connections that could help you move forward.
A fun, medium paced, collaborative session with optional focus.
Facilitated by Kay R. Dennis (they/them), Justin Cliffe, Cata Lindegaard.
Lunch // 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Eat, chill and chat.
Lunch is fully delicious, completely vegan, free and provided by Pie Box.

What happens when we DIO (do it ourselves). Sarah and Julia share what it takes to create communities, practice cohesion, and follow your intuition.

A slow-paced, sitting and listening session with optional focus through Q&A.
Putting a plan into action // 2:50pm - 3:50pm
All good work starts with an impulse and from small ideas big concepts can grow… but how? This session is about making a plan, from blueprinting, identifying need, building a team, writing an application, and the other steps involved. This workshop will look at the grassroots, practical steps to take your idea from spark to reality.
A med-paced, sitting and listening session with optional focus through Q&A.

Escape to the future // 3:50pm - 4:30pm
A reflective whole-group session to share insights and reflections from the day. A moment to reflect, engage and escape to the future by setting some intentions for you and your work.

Closing the day // 4:30pm - 5:00pm
